Use Procreate as a steady creative practice, not another productivity grind. Guided exercises help you draw with more focus and less pressure, including sessions with guest teacher Courtney.
Art practice that settles your head
Some days you want to make art without chasing a portfolio piece or a perfect feed post.
This course gives you structured, gentle exercises in Procreate: short sessions, clear prompts, and room to notice what the process feels like.
You'll still learn useful digital skills. The difference is the pace and the purpose: steadier focus, less self-critique spirals, more finished moments you actually enjoy.
Create space to feel, reflect and heal through art
This isn't about learning art for performance. It's about using creativity to slow down and support yourself.
Feel more grounded

Every exercise is shaped with the insight of a licensed clinical counselor and registered art therapist, so it feels thoughtful and emotionally safe.

Your mentors at Twotap
Meet the Twotap teaching approach
Twotap courses are built by working illustrators who've shipped commercial work for brands like Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., and Sephora, and who still teach every step as if you've never opened Procreate.
We don't skip steps or hide behind timelapses. You get the why behind decisions, so you can stop needing tutorials and start trusting your own eye.
Whether you have thirty minutes a day or a quiet weekend, we designed every lesson to feel attainable, patient, clear, and genuinely beginner-friendly.

Here's exactly what you'll explore
You'll begin with grounding, calming practices that help you feel safe before moving into deeper reflection.
Mindful drawing: exercises to help you slow down and arrive in the present moment.
Naming emotions: gentle prompts for noticing stressors and creating with awareness.
Colour & mood: colour-based exercises that explore energy and emotional shifts.
Symbolic practices: art for identity, memory, protection and inner reflection.
Grounding rituals: soothing practices you can return to whenever you need calm or release.
A gentle creative practice you can return to again and again
Each lesson is designed with intention, so your creative practice feels calming, meaningful and easy to come back to.
You'll build simple habits of reflection through art, learning to notice what you feel, express it safely, and create moments of pause in your day.
This isn't the kind of course you finish once and forget. The lessons, exercises and grounding practices are designed to support you again and again, whenever life feels heavy, noisy or overwhelming.

FAQs
Find answers to common questions about this and other Twotap courses
No. We start from the very beginning and never assume you've drawn before. If you can hold an Apple Pencil and have Procreate on your iPad, you can follow along.
Any iPad from 2018 onward runs Procreate well. You don't need the newest model, a solid Apple Pencil, compatible iPad is enough.
Yes, Procreate works best with a pressure-sensitive Apple Pencil (1st Gen, 2nd Gen, or Pro). The basic USB-C Pencil is less ideal for line weight and opacity.
It depends on your pace. You'll get lifetime access, so there's no deadline, most Twotap students move through a little each day (about 30 minutes is common) and come back whenever they want.
You can watch on any device with a browser, but you'll want your iPad open to draw along. Many students watch a step, pause, then paint, or use a second screen for the video.
You're not alone. Join the private Twotap community on Facebook to ask questions and share progress, students and our team are active there. You can also email support@twotap.art anytime.
No. This is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Buy once, revisit forever, including updates we add to the course.
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't the right fit, reach out to support@twotap.art within 30 days and we'll take care of a full refund.
None at all. This course works even if you've never opened Procreate. Twotap makes the blank canvas feel safe, and every exercise is gentle and guided.
No. It's therapeutic art, not a replacement for therapy. The frameworks are designed by a licensed clinical counselor and registered art therapist to support reflection and emotional wellbeing.
